Whatever high-tech active ingredients or botanicals a skincare product may contain, the delivery system is the key to the product’s effectiveness. In most skincare products, traditional emulsions are used to make creams, lotions and serums. These emulsions of creams, lotions and serums disintegrate on the skin as their water content dries/evaporates or is absorbed, and the material left behind, either stays on the surface of the skin or tries to penetrate through the layers of the skin.

‘Moisture Gem’ is a nourishing and restorative moisturizer, which has the ability to generate liquid crystal structures that mimic the skin’s extracellular lipid matrix organization. These liquid crystals present a molecular structure close to that observed in the lipid lamellae of the stratum corneum. The liquid crystals thus formed can physiologically integrate into the skin’s hydro- lipid composition and reinforce its elasticity.

Furthermore, the liquid crystal system in ‘Moisture Gem’ through its special network enhances the moisturising ability of other ingredients present in the formulation. Liquid crystals in Moisture Gem moisturizer, have a "skin-like" fatty acid composition with an exceptional double-performance, which improves and strengthens the skin barrier integrity and promotes delivery of active ingredients through stratum corneum layers.

‘Moisture Gem’ contains:

• Organic Herbal Complex of Marshmallow, Hibiscus, Chamomile, Green Tea, Horsetail, Yarrow, Lavender and Linden flowers. Organic Herbal Complex has multifunctional benefits.
• An exceptional blend of Argan oil, Amaranth seed oil, Rosehip oil and olive derived Squalane provides the skin much needed nourishment and vitality.
• Pro Vitamin B5, Aloe vera and Sodium Hyaluronate deeply hydrate and add to the water management of the skin.
• The next generation antioxidant Gamma Oryzanol and Co Q10 provide protection against environmental and endogenous oxidation.

To use: Apply to face, under the eyes and throat area AM and PM after cleansing.
